I’ve waited a month before writing this because I wanted to make sure both cars were still running smoothly. Thankfully they are & I can’t tell you how impressed I was with all of the people and services at Total Auto Repair. Over Thanksgiving weekend both of my kids used cars were in bad shape. One was taken to a different shop and we were told needed a new engine. Cut to the chase, we took it here for a second opinion and they fixed it for under $500. Both of these cars have been chronic money pits and for the first time ever they are both running well! This place is amazing!

I would recommend this auto shop to any one needing repairs. The service, care, concern, communication is top notch. Tyson was my advisor and was a God send......very patient, thorough, and went head to head with the warranty company....I really appreciate him and the crew! They certainly will have my business in the future..

Absolutely great customer service to start, I can’t express enough how knowledgeable, time efficient, honest these guys are! These guys fixed our vehicle with very short notice with added tasks and during a holiday week! These guys are awesome! Highly recommend and will be a continuous customer from here on out for all of my vehicles!

Omg these guys here just saved my life, I’m not from nowhere near around here and I still got 2 1/2 hr drive to get home. Not only did they get me in quick to check my car out but they also gave very great customer service. I dealt with Josh and he was amazing. These guys definitely deserve a 5 star. They are going to get me back on the road within an hour. Thank you so much!

These guys are really nice. They provided updates on the part they were waiting for all along the way so that I could plan on when I would have my car back. Super friendly, responsive and good service. Definitely will go back!

I searched long and hard to find a reputable mechanic. The guys here have always been fair, honest, and charge reasonable prices. They've never tried to sell me something I didn't need, and have always been professional. I really appreciate Total Auto Repair, they have a lifetime customer of me.

Guy named Christian helped me out. Friendly and got right to work. Had a coolant leak and all it needed was a clamp he figured out quick and got it replaced and didn’t charge me anything. Good guy and good place. I’ll be going there again 👍 …

110% would recommend this shop for any and all car repairs! Josh was super helpful and tended to my concerns with ease and helping me understand what all needed done on my car with showing and explaining, it wasn’t just upselling to make more money or profit, but what truly needed done to be in top condition- considering the age of my car. As a part time working mom, price is reasonable as well! I was in and out in no time and they had snacks to keep my toddler occupied, and coffee for myself which if you’re a parent, you know is a huge bonus!!

I just got my car back today after a neighbor accidentally backed into my car when it was parked. But I give this place a 10/10 they are phenomenal John Charles was excellent at informing me about what's being done to my car while they had it in their possession. The workers are fast and efficient. I highly recommend them if you need them to give you a quote to fix your car. Much respect to them and the company 💯
